50 years ago, I would never have imagined being helped by technology, which today has become the secret weapon for producing a good, beautiful and safe product.

When someone thanks me, travels many kilometres to reach me, stretches their gaze beyond the shop door to recognise someone previously only seen in photographs, we are always amazed.
How far our products have taken us can only be imagined, but if it is really the journey that counts, then we hope we have made it with a good cake to eat!
