It was a great pleasure to take part in the First World Convention of artisanal Panettone with the Accademia dei Maestri del Lievito Madre e del Panettone Italiano in Naples.

The Academy has taken the dimension that we dreamed of a few years ago: a solid base that allows everyone to grow. We have seen colleagues who, with the strength of the Academy, have given innovation with a product studied in depth to allow us to look ahead, without a season. We have seen colleagues organise a structured, serious, detailed and challenging competition at the world level. We have seen committed colleagues, with their experience, travel around Italy, taking time away from their companies, to divulge, to make it clear that there is only one way to work: well.
All of them, with their contributions, have made the growth of the Academy and the assumption of an organisation like ours possible. We need to be able to give expression to all that is great and inspiring.


After days like this, the part we like the most is that of thanks. And we have lots to say.

Yesterday, we celebrated with a lot of friends the launch of the new edition of our tin in collaboration with Covili Arte. The third edition was made possible thanks to all those who love us and who donated their time with a thought or their presence. Hence, thanks to the Covili family, to whom we give an immeasurable hug, thanks to all our Giamberlano team who work hard every day, giving us the freedom to create such extraordinary projects, thanks to the Peravalli and Gianni Di Lella who fed us by doing an impeccable job. Thanks to the luminous Angela Sini who shines on our most beautiful days with her Cantina della Volta. Last but not least, thanks to Ciao Comunicazione: Matteo, Alessandro and Cecilia for making our wishes come true and to Matteo Torsani for the video that made us so excited and that you will see soon.

Days like these are unforgettable because they not only demonstrate a work that has come to fruition but also have the strength of commitment, the flavour of beauty and the irrepressible happiness of the smiling response of those who love us.

The Accademia dei Maestri del Lievito Madre e del Panettone Italiano is organising the week-long edition of THE MOTHER YEAST MASTERS' NIGHT: the appointment with Italy's greatest Master Confectioners and their naturally leavened artisan products. A wonderful opportunity to promote the excellence of artisan Panettone by comparing the different cultures of those who produce this dessert using only mother yeast, the real identifying and characteristic factor of each territory.

We have, again this year, the pleasure of being present at the event with our creations.

We are happy to announce that, on Thursday 23rd June, we'll be guests in the beautiful location of Villa Cialdini for the unmissable appointment with STREGHE DI VINO E DI VERSO. The magical evening will be organised by Marina Bersani of Archer Modena in collaboration with the "Cleto Chiarli" Tenute Agricole.
The park of the splendid villa will be transformed into an exclusive setting for an evening during which local artisans and producers will delight guests with their most original and tasty proposals. We are waiting for you with our specialities!


The last days before Easter are always a beautiful season for us, a less hectic pace than Christmas when we also dedicate ourselves to these little creations!
Our chocolate machines are tempering at full speed, and the guys in the chocolate shop are creating non-stop!
